Description:

Tinta is car-camp located at the trailhead of the Tinta OHV trail.  The camp has a few sites with some rundown tables and an old toilet.  The road to the camp can be difficult and may require 4WD to access.  There are rumors that the Forest Service will be closing Tinta Camp.  Stay tuned..... The camp sites are around a small Ioop at the end of Tinta Canyon Road 7N04. The area around the camps is barren and uninviting, with the only shade from a few pinyon pine and some scrub oak.
