Hi Jimmy - No permits are needed for Spruce Creek Camp.  It is a first-come first-serve primitive camp.  Remember that campfires are currently not permitted at primitive camps.  More information including how to get a permit for using a cooking stove can be found here:http://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/lpnf/home/?cid=stelprdb5193333
Have fun and be sure to check back in and let us know what you found.
