Camp Description:Campsite is very small and right on the trail. Space for 1 or maybe 2 tents near the hitching post. No established fire pit but evidence of a former rock ring. Listening to the crickets and frogs at night was nice.
Water Source:Flowing
Water Source Details:Stream is flowing and water trough is full, continuously fed from stream.
Weather Conditions:Sunny in the afternoon, shady by the trough. Pleasant, maybe 60F overnight.

Camp Description:Easy to fill up under the water drop. But the flow is low. Hose running into horse trough no longer dripping, so trough is lowering and becoming stagnant.

Camp Description:Flow decreased somewhat from 3/20/22. Now getting closer to a trickle. But still easy to use my gather bottle to fill up under the water drop and filter into drinking bottles. Not having to dip into the horse trough is nice.

Camp Description:Barely a trickle coming from the stream, but the water in the trough was beautiful and cool. Lots of frogs and tadpoles swimming around

Camp Description:Small camp right next to the trail with a water trough and hitching post. The trough was full and the spring was running. Fixed the small fire ring and put some nice flat rocks that can be used for sitting.

Weather Conditions:Weather was nice, in the mid to upper 50s when we started the hike then dropping to the mid 40s on the way down.

Camp Description:My Son's first mountain bike ride to this location. He's 10. Did great.
Started out nice! Sunny, and crisp! When we got to the Spring, the weather had abruptly moved in!! It started with light sprinkles, and continued to was steady light rain, as we headed down.
There was a fair amount of traffic in the trail this Sunday morning.

Water Source Details:Trough was bone dry. There was a VERY small trickle of water up by the scource. Would need to be filtered or boiled to to drink.
Weather Conditions:AM, Mid-40's, up to low 70's, then as the weather moved in, the temp plumeted. Low-mid 40's.
